Jess Grippo

Jess Grippo is a performance artist, author, and coach for re-emerging dancers. After leaving her classical ballet path and not dancing for years, she then started making dance videos alone in her room, which essentially brought her back to life. These days, she loves making comedic interpretive dances on subjects like dating, body image, and the menstrual cycle. Her work has been featured at TEDxNYU, Lincoln Center’s Dance On Camera Festival, the NY Comedy Club, and more. When she’s not dancing, she’s writing, teaching, coaching, facilitating her You Can Dance Again programs, or napping with her puppy Lucy. Join her online: jessgrippo.com and Instagram @jessgrippo
