Hi, my name is Cecily Williams and I’m the president of BCB Construction. BCB Construction is a dba of BCB Claims Service LLC, which was established in January 2017 as a premier adjusting firm. BCB Construction is a Christian-based, Minority-Women owned Construction Company that provides future homeowner’s, Prime Contractors and Housing Departments residential new construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation, project management and estimating services. We are dedicated and committed to providing quality within affordability, without sacrificing design and style; allowing us to full fill our mission of bridging the gap between luxury and affordability. We are a registered MWSBE, HUB and Section 3 company and have been blessed with the opportunity to restore Houston communities.
